Tuesday afternoon members of the media were treated to lunch at Lowe’s Motor Speedway (LMS) and were served by president and general manager H.A. “Humpy” Wheeler and current Cup Series points leader Jeff Burton.

The two did not serve up a bunch of bologna; instead it was Bruton Smith’s Backyard Billionaire Burgers on the menu in preparation for the Memorial Day Weekend festivities at LMS.

“This recipe makes the most mouth-watering hamburgers you’ve ever tasted and it will add just the right spice to a great Memorial Day Weekend of tailgating at the Coca-Cola 600,” track owner Bruton Smith explained. “This is the only recipe I use when I cook out, and once it gets out, I know I’ll have to turn down franchise opportunities!”

• 1 egg
• 1 package of powdered mushroom mix
