Greg Biffle had a top five run going and was able to take advantage of a late race caution and race leader Tony Stewart's tire troubles with two laps to go in the Coca-Cola 600 to pull off a second place finish at Lowe's Motor Speedway Sunday night.
"I wish there were fifty more laps left," the Roush Fenway Racing driver said upon exiting his Ford after the longest race on the Cup Series schedule.
Sunday's runnerup finish was Biffle's second in as many weeks as he finished second to Kasey Kahne in the All-Star Race last weekend. Biffle recorded his third top five of 2008 in the 600 and currently sits eleventh in the championship points standings.
