"I look forward to working with Tommy," Riggs explained in a team statement. "I think we can work together to build something really strong. I feel fortunate to work with someone like Tommy who has so much experience."
In 167 starts at the Cup level, Riggs has four top-5s, sixteen top-10s and three poles. Riggs also cut his teeth in both the Truck Series and Nationwide Series, earning Rookie of the Year honors in the Nationwide Series in 2002. "Having Scott Riggs on board is a huge stepping stone for Tommy Baldwin Racing," Baldwin pointed out. "He's a top caliber driver, and I look forward to seeing the success we can have together."
