 As if you could not find enough reasons to make the trip to high-banked Talladega Superspeedway this April, the track has just announced a deal to make it much more enticing. Introducing ‘Dega Dollars, the speedway hopes to draw more fans to their event and cut them a break at the concession stand at the same time.
For every $45 ‘Dega Dollar combo sold, the fan will receive a reserved seat in either the Lincoln or Gadsden grandstands (coming out of Turn 4 and going into the tri-oval) for the Aaron’s 499, plus 10 ‘Dega Dollars. This new package offers fans a savings of close to 45% when compared to similar deals that cost up to $85 in the past.
"Race fans are facing tough times with the economy," Rick Humphrey President of Talladega Superspeedway pointed out. "We have worked hard to create ticket packages that not only save guests money, but also enhance their race experience. With deals like our 'Best Deal in 40 Years' and now 'Dega Dollars, race fans have the ability to bring their family to the race, feed them and enjoy an action packed day at NASCAR's Most Competitive Track."
Included in each $45 package will be 10 ‘Dega Dollars. These ‘Dega Dollars will work like cash at all Americrown concession stands throughout the Talladega Superspeedway. In addition to the ‘Dega Dollars, the concession stands at the facility have introduced a number of combo meals that will save fans up to 25%.
A true fan-friendly facility, Talladega Superspeedway also offers free day parking on track property and free overnight parking as well. With the economy floundering and race fans constantly looking for ways to save, this deal offers fans a great way to enjoy the race, buy a hot dog and a drink and still go home with money in their pocket.
