As a part of the ongoing series of MRN at Full SPEED, Sprint Cup Series driver Clint Bowyer and Brian Vickers will join NSACAR President Mike Helton to take part in a fan Q&A session prior to the start of Sunday’s Aaron’s 499. Hosted by MRN pit reporter Danielle Frye, Bowyer, Vickers and Helton will hit the SPEED stage at the Talladega Superspeedway at 9am on Sunday, April 26.
“This is a great opportunity for our fans to interact with the top celebrities in our sport,” Talladega Superspeedway President Rick Humphrey explained. “The SPEED stage is located in an area that is accessible to all of our fans and I encourage everyone to take part in the open forum, it should be a lot of fun.”
Bowyer is currently sixth in the series standings, while Vickers sits in eighteenth. The driver of the No. 83 Red Bull Toyota has one win at the Talladega Superspeedway, when he turned then teammate Jimmie Johnson into race leader Dale Earnhardt Jr. on the final lap. In an effort to get fans more involved with the sport they love, MRN radio and its parent company, International Speedway Corporation (ISC), created the MRN at Full SPEED program. Before each race held at an ISC race track, MRN brings drivers and other racing personalities closer to the fans, allowing them to ask questions and interact with the stars of the sport.
