On Wednesday, June 17 at 12:30 pm, Roush Fenway Racing driver David Ragan will aid Infineon Raceway with a ceremonial delivery of the Toyota/Save Mart 350 winner’s trophy.
Given that he drives the No. 6 UPS Ford Fusion in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, it makes perfect sense how the third year driver was selected to participate in the delivery. The award will be transported to the track via helicopter and unloaded by two people. The prize will then be placed in a UPS truck, in which David Ragan will ride in, and take one lap around the road course.
Following the journey around the track, the trophy will be delivered on a red carpet in the Wine Country Winners Circle. Subsequent to the carriage of the trophy, Ragan will participate in a formal interview to converse on this weekend’s event at Sonoma. MORE NASCAR NEWS
