Said Heads are headed to Watkins Glen International for the NASCAR Nationwide Series Zippo 200.
Road course “ringer” Boris Said will be making his debut with RAB Racing in the No. 09 Zaxby’s Ford Fusion normally driven by John Wes Townley. He has six Nationwide starts at the Glen under his belt already with one top-5 finish and two top-10’s as well as one pole.
Said certainly knows what it takes to be successful at Watkins Glen. “A good car, a good team and most importantly staying on the track and making no mistakes are key factors in finishing well on a road course,” Said explained. “My main goal in the No. 09 Zaxby’s Ford Fusion is to finish. After 200 miles if we are running in the top-5 than to go for a win.” In addition to his driving duties, Said has a long list of media obligations including an appearance in the Watkins Glen media center, an appearance with the Trackside crew on Speed, and an appearance on “Dialed-In” with Claire B. Lang on Sirious. Also, Said will be the official in race reporter for Saturday’s event. MORE NASCAR NEWS
