Two-time Daytona 500 winner Michael Waltrip will be hanging out with hardcore race fans when the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series visits Richmond International Raceway for the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 September 12, 2009.
Waltrip is scheduled to visit the Scotts Miracle-Gro Green Flag Zone fan hospitality area and participate in a question and answer session prior to the Sprint Cup race on Saturday.
Richmond International Raceway president Doug Fritz and Speed-TV personality Hermie Sadler will also participate in the question and answer session. Speedway officials expect to announce additional appearances by racing personalities in the coming weeks.  Michael Waltrip won a NASCAR Nationwide Series race at RIR in 1990 and his best Sprint Cup finish is ninth.
