Daytona International Speedway officials have announced the annual NASCAR Preseason Thunder Fan Fest is scheduled for January 15-16, 2010.
Hardcore race fans attending the 2010 Preseason Thunder will get a sneak preview of Speedweeks with a number of activities planned. Many of NASCAR's top drivers will also be on hand to meet and interact with fans. "The NASCAR Preseason Thunder Fan Fests have become a great opportunity for fans and drivers to interact," Daytona International Speedway President Robin Braig said. "What better way to get pumped up for the new NASCAR season than spending time with the stars of the sport at NASCAR's most storied race track." Interactive fan forums, autograph sessions, show cars, displays, music, online auction, blood drive and the Richard Petty Driving Experience are among the activities planned. Driver appearance schedules and other details about the NASCAR Preseason Thunder Fan Fests are in the works and will be released in the coming months.
