Teresa Earnhardt was present at the 4th Annual North Carolina Motorsports Industry Awards hosted by the NCMA to receive the Achievement in Motorsports Tribute Award for her late husband, Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Long-time car owner Richard Childress was there to present the award.

"We all know that Dale would give recognition back to everyone who was part of his legendary career," Teresa Earnhardt said. "I personally say thank you to Dale's team members and friends."

All of Dale’s former crew chiefs were present at the event, along with famous gas-man Chocolate Myers.

They reminisced on their times with the 7-time champion.

Legendary NASCAR artist Sam Bass created a one-of-a-kind piece specifically for the event, which was signed by Richard Childress and all the crew chiefs and is to be auctioned off in support of the NCMA and the Dale Earnhardt Foundation.
