Kyle Busch has a lot on his plate. With his new team owner responsibilities, his sponsor obligations and don’t forget his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series schedule plus his tendency to dabble in the Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series, you wouldn’t think there would be time left for much else.
However, in the past few weeks, it seems like he’s everywhere. One day he’s racing RC cars in Vegas and the next he’s racing a late model in Georgia. And, despite all the jet-setting, he won the late model race he ran in on Sunday.
Busch went to Speedfest at Lanier National Speedway and endured the cold weather to take the checkered flag in the Super Late Model Division event. Obviously he wanted to get his 2010 season off to a good start. So, he can check that off the list. Now it’s on to Daytona and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Budweiser Shootout and the Daytona 500, plus his other obligations. With a win under his belt within two weeks of the Great American Race it is almost guaranteed that Rowdy will be at the top of his game in Daytona Beach and he never settles for second place.
