Front Row Motorsports announced today Gander Mountain will sponsor the team's #37 car and driver David Gilliland for the Goody's 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup race this Sunday, March, 28, 2010. The outdoor retail chain will also sponsor Gilliland at Pocono on August, 1.

"David Gilliland is an avid outdoorsman, as are many NASCAR fans," said Steve Uline, Executive Vice President of Gander Mountain. "One of David's favorite pastimes outside of NASCAR is fishing. He understands Gander Mountain's 'We Live Outdoors' culture and is the perfect driver to help us take our message to race fans."

Gilliland is 35th in the 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup points standings going to Martinsville.

"We don't have grand illusions of winning a championship this season, but we want to run consistently in the top 25," said Gilliland. "When I'm not racing, I love to spend time fishing with my family and friends. It's a thrill to show off our partner, Gander Mountain, by running strong at Martinsville."
