As predicted, weather is proving to be quite a challenge today in Martinsville. Rain has been falling since before the scheduled start time of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Goody's Fast Pain Relief 500.

 According to Weather.com, Virginia is under a flood watch and Martinsville's forecast today says rain and thunderstorms with an 80 percent chance of precipitation. The radar map shows a very large green area making its way towards the race track.  

UPDATE - NASCAR has officially postponed the Goody's Fast Pain Relief 500 until Monday at 12pm ET.
