In the two practice sessions for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Richmond International Raceway this afternoon, Jamie McMurray and Kyle Busch lead the way. 

Jamie McMurray ran a fast lap of 22.047 seconds at a speed of 122.466 mph making him the fastest in the first session, right in front of Clint Boywer, who ran a lap at 122.427 mph with a time of 22.054 seconds.

Joey Logano finished the session in third, followed by Dale Earnhardt, Jr., and Kyle Busch.

Kyle Busch was the quickest in the second session with a 21.705 second lap at a speed of 124.395 mph. David Reutimann was the second fastest with a 21.773 second lap at a speed of 124.007 mph. 

Joey Logano was third, followed by Juan Pablo Montoya in fourth and Jeff Gordon in fifth. 

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying is scheduled for 5:40 pm this evening.  You  can watch qualifying live on SPEED and catch it on MRN radio.
