Darlington Raceway Schedule Of Events
Friday, 07 May 2010 00:00

kyle-buschThis weekend both the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and the Nationwide Series are heading to historic Darlington Raceway to take on the Lady In Black while the Camping World Truck Series enjoys an off-weekend before heading to the Monster Mile on May 14th.

Last week at Richmond International Raceway, Brad Keselowski earned his second win in a row in NASCAR's second tier division. The win came just one week after he took the checkers at Talladega and lost 50 points for two illegal parts. The second victory certainly proved that the No. 22 team has what it takes to win. Now the question is, can they go three-in-a-row?

Meanwhile, in the Cup Series, Kyle Busch is coming off his victory at RIR and, as always, will be focused on gettign back there. But, he is definitely not alone. A handful of drivers will be looking for their second win of the season, Denny Hamlin is hunting his third and 4-time reigning champion Jimmie Johnson is gunning for a fourth.

Out of the other drivers left on the roster some are anxiously awaiting their chance to snap a winless streak. Jeff Gordon being the prime example of this group as he is the winningest driver at The Track Too Tough To Tame.denny-hamlin
