Kyle Busch picked up his first pole at Pocono Raceway in qualifying today for Sunday's Gillette Fusion ProGlide Sprint Cup Series race. Kyle posted a lap at 169.485 around the 2.5 mile triangular shaped Pennsylvania track.
Clint Bowyer will line up alongside Kyle Busch on the front row with Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Kurt Busch and Denny Hamlin completing the top five. Sunday will mark Kyle Busch's 200th career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series start. The 25 year-old is the youngest driver to accomplish 200 NASCAR starts.
Geoff Bodine qualified the TBR No. 36 in the field and the NASCAR veteran will make his first Sprint Cup start since 2004. Ted Musgrave, driving Robby Gordon's No. 7, and Terry Cook did not make the field for Sunday's race. MORE NASCAR NEWS
