NASCAR Day in Sacramento, California, scheduled for Saturday, June 12, 2010, features Sprint Cup Series driver Boris Said, who will be available for autographs and to participate in a question-and-answer session with hardcore race fans.
"I'm really looking forward to coming out to NASCAR Day," stated Said. "They have great fans in Sacramento; I came to this event a few years ago and it was a pretty big deal. I know it's only going to be bigger this year."
Stock cars driving through the streets of Sacramento, with a police escort, to the festivities at the State Capitol, will be a highlight of the day. Hardcore race fans will also enjoy music, displays, giveaways and face painting during the three hour festival that begins at 11 am PT. There is no charge for admission.
