The stars and cars of the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck Series race on the 2.66-mile Talladega Superspeedway this weekend while Nationwide Series teams take a well-deserved break.
NASCAR Camping World Truck Series drivers get the action started with their lone practice session Friday morning at 10:00 am. Sprint Cup competitors take to the high banks at 2:00 pm for their first practice, a 45 minute session followed by Happy Hour at 3:30 pm. Truck Series qualifying begins at 4:40 pm. Sprint Cup qualifying gets underway at 12:15 pm Saturday afternoon, prior to the Mountain Dew 250 fueled by Fred's Truck Series taking the green around 4:00 pm.Catch all of Friday and Saturday's activity at Talladega live on SPEED.
