Keselowski Leads Final Day of Daytona Testing

brad-keselowskiBrad Keselowski turned the fastest lap in Saturday’s final day of NASCAR Sprint Cup testing, clocking in at an average speed of 198.605 mph on the 2.5-mile Daytona International Speedway.

 

 

Penske teammate Kurt Busch had the second fastest lap at 198.578 mph.

 

“It’s gonna be one heck of a Daytona,” Kurt Busch said during Saturday's test.

 

Denny Hamlin, who led Friday's session with a lap of 196.868 mph, occupied third on the speed chart after posting a speed of 197.737 mph.

 

Josh Wise tested the No. 88 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet while Dale Earnhardt, Jr. returned to Mooresville, North Carolina to attend the wedding of his sister Kelley.

 

Sprint Cup teams now begin their final preparations for the 2011 Daytona 500.
