NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Greg Biffle was involved in a minor plane crash Wednesday morning at the Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky.

The incident occurred during landing with a mechanical problem causing the plane to skid on the runway before stopping, according to Roush Fenway Racing.

Biffle and two pilots were on board the aircraft and no injuries were reported.

RFR team owner Jack Roush lost his left eye as a result of a plane crash in Wisconsin last year.
