Richmond International Raceway will open their grandstands free to the public on Wednesday as several NASCAR drivers practice for the Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown set for Thursday, April 28, 2011.
Hamlin, along with Joey Logano, Hermie Sadler, Martinsville Speedway president Clay Campbell, Curtis Markham and Jason White will take to the 3/4-mile D-shaped oval Wednesday from 12 noon until 6 p.m. ET.
Other NASCAR stars scheduled to compete in the fourth annual Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown include Tony Stewart, Kyle Busch, Kasey Kahne, Michael Waltrip, Joey Logano, Travis Pastrana and Trevor Bayne.
Fans should access the grandstand area at gate 70.
