Dover International Speedway has a reputation for taking its toll on the men and machines who seek to conquer the unique one-mile high-banked concrete surfaced track. Known as “The Monster Mile,” Ryan Newman says it is one of his favorite places to race.

With NASCAR scheduled to set up shop in The First State this weekend the Stewart-Haas driver recently took the time to talk about the challenges of 400 laps at Dover.
