After some frammin’ and bammin’ between Kurt Busch and Jimmie Johnson on the track last weekend at Pocono the situation still carries heat as the two rivals prepare for today's 220-mile Sprint Cup race at Watkins Glen International.

Busch and Johnson fought hard for third-place in the final laps at Pocono, making contact several times before Busch claimed the position at the finish line. Johnson confronted Busch in his pit stall as he was exiting the No. 22 Penske Dodge and an exchange of words followed.

Will the Busch-Johnson rivalry escalate today at Watkins Glen? More importantly will it impact their Chase run and possibly cost either driver the 2011 NASCAR championship?

Only time will tell.
