A lot is on the line as NASCAR visits Michigan International Speedway for the final time in 2011. Racing in the backyard of the three US car giants always has it's pressure to perform well and this weekend Sprint Cup drivers also have the fast approaching Chase on their minds as they prepare for Sunday's Pure Michigan 400.
Competitors will play the aero game and fuel mileage will most certainly factor into who will take part in the Victory Lane celebration at the conclusion of 400 miles on the wide D-shaped oval. With 15 different winners this season it is anybody's guess.
