How Will Dover Affect the Chase?

With round three of the Chase upon us drivers know the importance of avoiding being caught in the clutches of the Monster Mile during today's AAA 400.

 

While pit strategy and fuel mileage have played a large part in the 2011 season, racing at Dover presents even more challenges for Chase competitors which could shake up the standings quite a bit when the checkered flag is waved this afternoon.

 

An interesting qualifying session on Saturday produced a wide range of results for those competing in the 2011 Chase for the Sprint Cup. The pressure is felt all the way through today's 43-car starting field.
