The Chase for the Sprint Cup tightened after the series visit to Dover with Kevin Harvick and Carl Edwards tied for the lead while Tony Stewart, who looked so strong the last two weeks, was a victim of the Monster Mile.
Kurt Busch regrouped in style by winning his second race of the season in Dover after clashes with Jimmie Johnson, his crew and car owner Roger Penske. Busch is nine points behind the leaders and a real threat for the championship with seven races remaining.
Jimmie Johnson looks to be back to Chase form which could be a problem for the other 11 Chase drivers as this is usually the time when Jimmie and Chad get their car working very well. Fuel mileage might have not reared its ugly head this week but we could see it come into play next Sunday at Kansas.
