Mother Nature took her toll on the scheduled NASCAR Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck Series practice sessions Friday at Martinsville Speedway.
Ron Hornaday, Jr. led a rain shortened Truck Series practice prior to the rest of the day's activities being rescheduled for Saturday at the .526-mile track.
Saturday's revised schedule includes Sprint Cup practice live on Speed from 830am till 10am followed by Truck Series qualifying at 1030am and Sprint Cup qualifying at noon. The Kroger 200 Truck Series race gets underway at 2pm.
The forecast at Martinsville calls for more rain on Saturday with Sprint Cup practice taking priority in the event inclement weather causes further delays.
