2013 NASCAR Richmond TV Schedule

Richmond International Raceway hosts race number nine of the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup season with the running of the Toyota Owners 400 under the lights Saturday night. Nationwide teams open the weekend Friday night with a 250-lapper at the .750-mile oval on Laburnum Avenue.

Kyle Busch, who has swept two weekends this season, won both Richmond races last April. Clint Bowyer went to Victory Lane at RIR in September 2012.

Jimmie Johnson carries the Sprint Cup point lead to Richmond with Kasey Kahne second, Brad Keselowski third, Greg Biffle fourth and Dales Earnhardt, Jr. fifth.

Sam Hornish, Jr. leads Regan Smith by two in the 2013 Nationwide Series point standings.

The action kicks off in Richmond on Thursday with Nationwide Series practice at 9:00 a.m. and The Denny Hamlin Foundation Short Track Showdown Presented by FedEx at 8:30 p.m.

A busy day on Friday with final practice for the Nationwide series at 9:00 a.m., Sprint Cup Series practice at 12:00 p.m. then Cup Series Happy Hour at 2:45 p.m. All can be seen live on SPEED.

Nationwide qualifying is up next at 4:05 p.m., live on ESPN2, followed by Sprint Cup qualifying at 5:35 p.m. on SPEED. The ToyotaCare 250 begins at 7:00 p.m. with NASCAR Countdown on ESPNEWS. Driver introductions begin at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday’s Toyota Owners 400 is live on FOX at 7 p.m. with the NASCAR On FOX pre-race show. Driver introductions begin at 7:00 p.m.
