ron-hornadayRon Hornaday was the fastest in the Camping World Truck Series’ first practice session yesterday afternoon at Dover with a speed of 152.788 mph. Kyle Busch, Mike Skinner, Todd Bodine and Timothy Peters, respectively, were ranked second through fifth.

Hornaday’s No. 33 was the only Chevrolet in the top-five. In fact, Toyota dominated the first practice session for the AAA Insurance 200 with seven trucks in the top-10.

During the final practice session, Mike Skinner topped the charts with a speed of 153.932 mph. Hornaday was ranked second with a speed of 153.643 mph with Johnny Benson, Bodine and Busch rounding out the top-5.

Toyota, once again, had seven trucks in the top-10 but Benson and David Starr were new names to the list. Cook dropped from 8th in the first practice to 11th in the final practice and Peters dropped from 5th to 17th.
