Mother Nature must not be a race fan. Heavy storms in the area cleared the grandstands and brought the covers out on pit road just after the command to start the engines was given.
With threatening weather in the area, NASCAR made the decision to postpone Friday’s AAA Insurance 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race.
The race will be run Saturday evening at 6pm E.T. following the conclusion of the NASCAR Nationwide Series event and can be seen on the SPEED Channel. Ron Hornaday Jr. and Colin Braun will bring the field to the green, followed by Brian Scott, Johnny Sauter and Chad McCumbee. MORE NASCAR NEWS
