Neuenberger Looking To Keep Momentum Going

donnie-neuenbergerDonnie Neuenberger will be behind the wheel of the #6 EZ-Slider Cylinder Liners Chevy for the Atlanta 200 NASCAR Camping World Series race at the Atlanta Motor Speedway this Saturday, March 6.

Neuenberger drove the #6 truck to a ninth place finish in the season opener at Daytona three weeks ago, his career best finish. With a top-10 under his belt, Neuenberger is looking to keep the momentum going.

donnie-neuenberger“It’s great to be in the position that we are in right now, but we want to prove to everyone that Rick Ware Racing can compete for wins no matter where we go,” said Neuenberger.

The likeable Maryland native has overcome many obstacles to continue his racing career, including being diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2004. Neunberger completed eight months of extensive treatment before returning to the track in 2005. His cancer remains stable and he works hard every day to try and get back to racing full time.

One thing is for sure, when the green flag drops on the Atlanta 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race, Neuenberger will be standing on the gas.
