Ken Schrader put the No. 2 KHI Chevrolet Siverado on top of the leader board in the first practice session today for Friday night's WinStar World Casino 400k NASCAR Camping World truck Series race. Schrader covered the 1.5 mile Texas Motor Speedway at 177.983 mph. KHI teammate Ron Hornaday recorded the second fastest lap in opening practice.
Matt Crafton turned the fastest lap in final practice this afternoon at a speed of 178.642. James Buescher posted the second quickest lap in Happy Hour. David Starr, James Buescher and Austin Dillon were third, fourth and fifth in first practice with Austin Dillon Timothy Peters and Johnny Sauter completing the top-five in final practice.
NASCAR Camping World Truck Series qualifying for the WinStar World Casino 400k is scheduled for 6 pm this evening local time.
