Austin Dillon has captured the pole for Friday night's WinStar World Casino 400k NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race, clocking a lap at 178.654 mph in qualifying today at Texas Motor Speedway. It is Dillon's first career Truck Series pole win.
Matt Crafton, who led the final practice session, will start from the outside pole with a speed of 178.477. James Buescher, Todd Bodine and Ricky Carmichael completed the top five qualifiers.
Jason White, Ron Hornaday, Jr., Ken Schrader, Johnny Sauter and Aric Almirola line up sixth through 10th on the starting grid. SPEED-TV will broadcast the WinStar World Casino 400k live from Texas Motor Speedway with coverage beginning at 8:30 pm ET Friday evening. MORE NASCAR NEWS
