NASCAR and Gateway International Raceway officials were forced to postpone Friday night's CampingWorld.com 200 NASCAR Truck Series race due to a power outage in the area.
The race has been rescheduled for Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm ET. “We received word from the power company that the repairs are expected to take hours,” track officials said in a statement. “So we will postpone the race until 12:30 Saturday. Due to this inconvenience, we will honor tickets for Saturday’s race.”
A faulty power line near the track was found to be the source of the problem. MORE NASCAR NEWS
