James Buescher circled Talladega Superspeedway at 177.676 mph on Friday to claim the pole for Saturday's Coca-Cola 250 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race. It is Buescher's second pole of 2011 after earning his first career pole at Texas in April.

Nelson Piquet, Jr. qualified second followed by Austin Dillon, Ricky Carmichael and Ron Hornaday, Jr.

Mike Wallace, Joey Coulter, Johanna Long, Parker Kligerman and Cole Whitt rounded out the top 10.

Dillon starts Saturday's race with a five point advantage over Johnny Sauter. Buescher is third, seven points back.
