Parker Kligerman scored his first career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory in Saturday's fred's 250 at Talladega Superspeedway. The race marked the 300th start for the Red Horse Racing team that picked up Kligerman after he was released by BKR two months ago.

The 22-year-old driver pulled away from the field on the last lap as chaos broke out behind him. The "Big One" occured when the field made their final trip down the backstretch.

“I knew it was just a matter of time before we got that first win, but I never dreamed it would happen here,” Kligerman said. “I’m proud to have my first win happen here at Talladega.

“We fought every single possible thing you could fight today. At one point the dashboard looked like a Christmas tree for about 20 laps because all the gauges were going out.”

Johnny Sauter finished second, followed by James Buescher, Ty Dillon and Timothy Peters.

Ryan Blaney, Kurt Busch, German Quiroga, Tim George, Jr. and Cale Gale rounded out the top-10.

Dillon leads Buescher by a single point in the battle for the 2012 Truck Series championship.
