brad-keselowskiBrad Keselowski made a move to the outside on the final lap to win today's CARFAX 250 at the Michigan International Speedway. Keselowski collected his fifth career win in 92 NASCAR Nationwide Series starts.

"I was being patient and watching," Keselowski said of the heated contest between Vickers and Kyle Busch over the final eight laps. "I got my opportunity coming off (turn) four on the last lap. It was good racing, I sure hope everyone enjoyed that one."

Brian Vickers and Kyle Busch were battling for the win when Keselowski made his move for the win. Kyle Busch approached Vickers car immediately following the race and the two exchanged words.

Carl Edwards, currently second in the NASCAR Nationwide Series point standings, had hoped for a good day at Michigan but was denied. Edwards suffered a hard crash early in the race which resulted in a 40th place finish.

"I probably should have been a little more cautious," Edwards said.

Polesitter Brian Vickers finished second, Kyle Busch third, David Ragan fourth and Kevin Harvick fifth.

Kyle Busch leads the NASCAR Nationwide Series with a 339 point margin over Carl Edwards after today's race.
