rockingham-speedwayThe Automobile Racing Club of America, ARCA, has released the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX 2010 schedule, marking their 58th consecutive year of competition.

A combination of superspeedways, short tracks, dirt tracks and road courses will host the 20 scheduled events with the season opener set for Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Daytona International Speedway. The Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 will be run between pole qualifying for the Daytona 500 and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Budweiser Shootout.

The 2010 ARCA schedule also includes appearances at Kansas Speedway, Michigan International Speedway, Chicagoland Speedway, Pocono Raceway, Texas Motor Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway.daytona-international-speedway

"We're extremely proud of the depth of quality of the venues on the 2010 schedule, each of which is very important to the identity and industry position of the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX," said ARCA President Ron Drager. "The number of scheduled events remains stable at a level we've found to be appropriate, and we're pleased with the geographic coverage represented by the markets we'll be racing in."

The 2010 tour will conclude with the championship weekend at Rockingham Speedway on October 9th.
