GoDaddy To Make Announcement About Danica
Written by Brooke Sullivan
Saturday, 28 November 2009 23:00

danica-patrickAfter months of speculation regarding a possible switch to NASCAR for IndyCar driver Danica Patrick, GoDaddy.com is advertising a “BIG” announcement regarding Patrick scheduled for Monday, November 30th.

Patrick, who recorded her one and only IndyCar win so far in 2008 at the Indy Japan 300, has been rumored to be in contract negotiations with JR Motorsports, owned by NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. Earnhardt’s former driver in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, Brad Keselowski, was sponsored by GoDaddy.com.

However, GoDaddy.com is also a secondary sponsor for Patrick in the IndyCar Series meaning that this announcement may not be the confirmation of a NASCAR ride so many people have been talking about. Patrick did acknowledge on her Twitter page that she was headed to New York for an announcement regarding her 2010 plans.

So, will Patrick try her hand in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, or stay put in her current ride?

HardcoreRaceFans.com will post updates on this situation as they become available.
