CJM Racing and the No. 11 Toyota will not participate in the 2010 NASCAR Nationwide Series season. The team announced Friday that it would suspend its operations despite running the full schedule last year and earning five top-5 finishes and 12 top-10’s.
"As of now, it appears that CJM will not be running the 2010 Nationwide season,” the team said in a press release. “It is really hard for us to see this great group of people move in other directions. They have done so much to build this program and beyond that, it has become like a family.” Multiple drivers got behind the wheel of the team’s ride last year including NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Denny Hamlin, Mike Bliss, Kelly Bires and Brian Scott. The No. 11 also had different sponsors throughout the 2009 season including Ridemakerz.com and Incredible Pizza. "We have built many great relationships within the industry and we want to thank everyone for showing us support. We are thankful for the time we have had to enjoy this great sport and are focused intently on what the future will bring." MORE NASCAR NEWS
