Keselowski Takes Nationwide Pole In Vegas

brad-keselowskiNASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Brad Keselowski earned the pole for today’s Sam’s Town 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with a lap time of 29.122 seconds at 185.427mph.

 

Cup regulars dominated the qualifying session with 8 of the top 10 spots taken by drivers in the top level of NASCAR competition.

 

Kevin Harvick, Carl Edwards, Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch completed the top-5 followed by Paul Menard in 6th.

 

Nationwide drivers Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Brian Scott qualified 7th and 8th while Cup pilots Greg Biffle and Brian Vickers completed the top-10.

 

Danica Patrick will start today’s event in 37th place.
