Joey Logano will start from the pole postion in Saturday's O'Reilly 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Texas Motor Speedway after qualifying at 185.663 mph. Texas is Logano's third Nationwide pole win of the 2010 season. Clint Bowyer claimed the outside front row starting position with his qualifying lap of 185.376 mph. Bowyer is driving in relief of John Wes Townley who was injured in a practice crash at Phoenix last weekend. Kyle Busch qualified third, Carl Edwards fourth and Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. fifth.
Jason Keller, Derrike Cope, Josh Wise and Morgan Shepherd failed to qualify. The O'Reilly 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race is set to begin at 3:30 pm ET on Saturday, April 17, 2010. MORE NASCAR NEWS
