Brad Keselowski earned the pole position for the New England 200 after clocking in at 129.657 mph in NASCAR Nationwide Series qualyfying Saturday morning at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
“The first qualifying lap wasn’t what I was looking for, but the second lap was awesome,” Keselowski said of his pole winning effort. Carl Edwards covered the one-mile piece of real estate at 129.533 mph to claim the second starting spot. Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch and Justin Allgaier line up third through fifth Saturday afternoon. Danica Patrick, in the JR Motorports Chevrolet, starts 25th in her fourth career NASCAR Nationwide Series race.
