Clint Bowyer starts from the pole in Friday night's Dollar General 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Bowyer ran a lap of 182.174 mph in qualifying Friday afternoon.

Ryan Newman, driving the James Finch owned Chevrolet No. 1, earned the outside front row starting position with a lap at 181.732 mph.

Brad Keselowski qualified third, followed by Logano and Martin Truex, Jr.

Paul Menard, Reed Sorenson, Parker Kligerman, Justin Allgaier and Kyle Busch complete the top-10.
