James Buescher grabbed the pole for Saturday's 300-mile O'Reilly Challenge NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Texas Motor Speedway. Buescher took advantage of cooler tempatures later in Friday night's qualifying session to post a lap at 189.281 mph and edge out Kevin Harvick for the top starting position.
Harvick turned in a speed of 189.069 mph and starts second, giving Chevrolet a front row sweep. Ford drivers swept the front row in Sprint Cup Series qualifying held earlier in the day.
Carl Edwards, Kyle Busch and Clint Bowyer start third, fourth and fifth. Sixth through 10th are Martin Truex Jr., Ricky Stenhouse Jr., David Gilliland, Steve Wallace and Joey Logano. The O'Reilly Challenge will be on ESPN2 Saturday at noon eastern. MORE NASCAR NEWS
