Joey Logano starts from the pole in Saturday's Ford 300 at Homestead Miami Speedway after laying down a lap at 171.499 mph.  

Kyle Busch will line up second followed by Brad Keselowski  in third, Aric Almirola in fourth and Danica Patrick in fifth.

Michael McDowell, Danny O'Quinn Jr., Tim Andrews, and Sean Caisse did not make the field.   

The Ford 300 will be televised live on Saturday at 4 p.m. on ESPN2.
