Justin Allgaier led the final NASCAR Nationwide Series practice at Daytona International Speedway Thursday. Allgaier clocked in at an average speed of 194.805 mph on the 2.5-mile tri-oval.
Jason Leffler was second on the leader board with a lap of 194.797 mph followed by Danica Patrick at 193.515 mph. Tony Stewart and Joe Nemechek completed the top-five.
Clint Bowyer, Reed Sorenson, Kasey Kahne, Brian Scott and Joey Logano were sixth through tenth.
Brian Scott had the best 10-lap average speed of 190.271 mph.
NASCAR Nationwide Series qualifying begins Friday at 4:10 pm with the 300-mile race going green at 1:15 pm Saturday.
