Nationwide & Truck Series Music City Schedule

NASCAR’s Nationwide and Truck Series are in Nashville, Tennessee this weekend with two full days of racing while Sprint Cup teams are off for Easter.

 

 

Jason Leffler heads to the 1.333-mile Nashville Superspeedway with the Nationwide Series point lead. Justin Allgaier is second followed by Elliott Sadler, Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. and Reed Sorenson.  Martinsville winner Johnny Sauter carries the Truck Series point lead to Music City with Matt Crafton second,  Timothy Peters and rookie Cole Whitt are tied for third and Ron Hornaday, Jr. is fifth.

 

The Nashville weekend kicks off Friday morning with two Truck Series practice sessions, at 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. respectively.  Nationwide and Truck  Series drivers will conduct a one-hour autograph session at 2:00 p.m. prior to the first Nationwide practice at 3:30 p.m.  Truck Series qualifying begins at 5:10 p.m.  with Nationwide Happy Hour at 6:30 p.m. Watch the Bully Hill Vineyards 200 live on SPEED at 7:30 p.m. Driver introductions start at 7:40 p.m.

 

Nationwide Series drivers qualify Saturday at 12:05 p.m.  Catch it live on ESPN2. The Nashville 300 Nationwide race is on ESPN at 2:30 p.m. Driver introductions are at 2:40 p.m. All times are eastern.
