Kyle Busch continued his winning ways at Darlington Raceway Friday night to score his 48th-career NASCAR Nationwide Series victory. It is Busch's first Nationwide win at the 1.366-mile Track Too Tough To Tame and the Joe Gibbs Racing driver is now within one win of tying Mark Martin's all-time Nationwide record of 49 wins.
Busch made contact with the wall on lap 17 while battling Kasey Kahne for the lead and narrowly missed an eight-car melee near the halfway mark to pull off the win.
Denny Hamlin, who won this race last year, finished second to give JGR a one-two sweep.
Elliott Sadler finished third followed by Justin Allgaier and Steve Wallace.
Clint Bowyer, Kasey Kahne, Reed Sorenson, Jason Leffler and Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. completed the top-10 finishers.
Justin Allgaier leads Elliot Sadler in the Nationwide point battle as the series heads to Dover next week.
