Carl Edwards posted the fastest lap in Friday's NASCAR Nationwide Series pactice session for Saturday's 5 Hour Energy 200 at Dover International Speedway. The current point leader toured "The Monster Mile" at 154.387 mph. Edwards' Roush Racing teammate Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. turned the second best lap of 154.261 mph.
Clint Bowyer was third fastest followed by Justin Allgaier and Kevin Swindell, who is sitting in the No. 16 this week for Trevor Bayne.
Sith through tenth were Brad Keselowski, Brian Scott, Elliott Sadler, Jason Leffler and Reed Sorenson.
Nationwide Series qualifying at Dover will begin at 10:40 a.m. Saturday.
